What are my Incoming and Outgoing server settings
This depends on your domain (the portion following the @ in your email address), but in most cases, it would be mail.<your_domain>. For instance, if your email address ends with @ezweb.co.za, then your incoming mail server will be mail.ezweb.co.za. The same goes for legalcom.co.za
Your outgoing server depends on the internet service provider of the network you are connected with. For instance, your office network might have Quest as an ISP, and Telkom as an ISP at your home. This will cause issues. The same goes for cell phones.
Here are a list of most common outgoing (SMTP) servers:

ISP
SMTP Server
Internet Solutions ADSL
smtp.isdsl.net
Telkom ADSL
smtp.saix.net
Mweb ADSL
smtp.mweb.co.za

Cell Provider
SMTP Server
Vodacom
smtp.vodacom.co.za
MTN
mail.mtn.co.za
Cell C
mail.cmobile.co.za

If you are on ezweb.co.za, or legalcom.co.za, the SMTP server is mail.ezweb.co.za, or mail.legalcom.co.za, with one change: you need to enable Authentication on the outgoing server, using the same username and password as the incoming mail server.
